XL125RW from 1998 to 2001 only.

This model is very similar to XL125S. This is actually the 3rd generation of this engine. Honda first creates the SL125 in 1973 (5 speeds and ignition switch).
In 1979, they put 6-speed electronic ignition, the XLS is bo .
In 1998 they thoroughly review this motor (height group cylinder / piston minus + camshaft bearing mounted). So, some parts are common with such XLS.

Our job is always to do tests on a motor so as to detect the point at which we can act more effectively. Sometimes it will be the camshaft, sometimes compression, often the intake system.
In this context our research has had to move toward changes that can increase very significantly the range. We just wanted to give at least the performance of previous versions.

We assemble a new camshaft is more favorable to high speeds. We reduce the height of the cylinder to maximize the gains due to the new camshaft. The outstanding feature of this product is to offer significantly higher performance without touching the cylinder.
